• Attend vendor trainings and continuing education to stay current on techniques and products.
• Document treatments accurately and follow up with guests.
• Build your book of business through post-treatment follow-up calls and guest retention calls.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless, upscale guest experience.
