You will upsell upgraded services, train in Dermaplane, and build your client book through follow-up calls while maintaining exemplary guest care in a high-end environment.

• Perform waxing services and maintain Dermaplane certification.
• Attend vendor trainings and continuing education to stay current on techniques and products.
• Document treatments accurately and follow up with guests.
• Build your book of business through personal post-treatment follow-up calls and guest retention calls.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless, upscale guest experience.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Meeting or exceeding a 20% retail-to-service ratio

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
