Restore Hyper Wellness in Rock Hill is seeking a dynamic and experienced Esthetician to lead our skin health department.

The ideal candidate has a "Yes" mentality, strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and organizational leadership skills, eager for new challenges.

Candidates with a proven ability to build a book of business, drive revenue, and create comprehensive care plans will excel.

While we have a strong existing clientele, we aim to grow further. The candidate will engage with current and past clients and support marketing efforts to attract new business and expand memberships.

This role involves coaching, mentoring, and guiding the esthetic team.

Social media engagement and marketing campaign development are essential, along with diligent follow-up with leads and first-time clients.

Qualifications

• Licensed SC esthetician
• SC Advanced Esthetic License preferred
• Management experience and ability to build a client base
• 2-4 years of esthetic experience, including sales of packages and services
• Experience or certification in Neveskin equipment is a plus
• Certified and experienced with Hydrafacial equipment
• Ability to educate clients and develop skin health plans
• Focus on business growth through sales and follow-up
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ethics and integrity
• Passion for helping clients look and feel their best

Compensation: Hourly + tips + commission + bonuses

Responsibilities

People Management

• Attend monthly esthetician meetings, share updates, and communicate protocols
• Train staff on new protocols and products
• Ensure treatment rooms are stocked and compliant with safety standards
• Participate in staff evaluations and disciplinary processes
• Perform consultations and esthetic services, including Cryoskin
• Build and maintain your client base
• Keep accurate session records
• Manage appointments effectively
• Maintain equipment and treatment areas
• Sell esthetic services and cross-sell other modalities
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Educate clients on services and products
• Support store operations as needed
