Qualifications

• You’re a SC licensed esthetician.
• SC Advanced Esthetic License preferred.
• You have management experience and experience in building a book of business.
• 2-4 years of esthetic experience, including selling packages & building a book of business.
• You’re experienced or certified in the use of Neveskin equipment - this is preferred, but not required.
• You’re certified & experienced in the use of Hydrafacial equipment.
• You can educate and build client care plans & skin health packages.
• You are experienced & focused on growing the business with selling skin health packages and following up with leads.
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• You value ethics and integrity.
• You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.

Compensation

Hourly + 100% of tips + commission + performance bonuses

Responsibilities

• Attend monthly Esthetician calls and report back to the management team and any additional estheticians on staff with news, updates, and protocol changes.
• Ensure all estheticians are trained on all new protocols and products.
• Ensure treatment rooms are properly equipped with supplies and fulfill all requirements including but not limited to MSDS, necessary files, paperwork, manuals, and products.
• Work with the management team on esthetic staff evaluations and disciplinary action.
• Perform consultations and administer Cryoskin along with other esthetic services.
• Build and maintain your own client base.
• Maintain accurate records of each session.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
• Ensure all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Sell Restore’s esthetic services to existing and new clients.
• Cross-sell other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services.
• Maintain an inventory and order esthetic supplies when needed.
• Educate clients on Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their experience.
• Assist with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.
