Restore Hyper Wellness in Rock Hill is looking for a dynamic, experienced Esthetician who is eager to lead our skin health department.

This candidate should have a "Yes" mentality, strong attention to detail, a proactive nature, and be an organized leader excited for new challenges.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in building a book of business, driving revenue, and creating comprehensive care plans.

While we have a strong clientele, we aim to grow. The candidate will engage with existing and past clients, support marketing efforts, and help expand our membership base.

This leadership role involves coaching and mentoring staff, engaging on social media, and following up with leads and new clients.

Qualifications

• SC licensed esthetician
• SC Advanced Esthetic License preferred
• Management experience and experience building a book of business
• 2-4 years of esthetic experience, including selling packages
• Experience or certification in Neveskin equipment (preferred)
• Certified and experienced in Hydrafacial equipment
• Ability to educate clients and develop care plans
• Focus on growing the business through sales and follow-up
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ethics and integrity
• Passion for helping clients look and feel their best

Compensation

Hourly + tips + commission + bonuses

Responsibilities

People Management

• Attend monthly esthetician meetings and report updates
• Train staff on protocols and products
• Ensure treatment rooms are stocked and compliant
• Participate in staff evaluations and discipline
• Perform consultations and esthetic services
