Esthetician Lead Role

The Lead in the Esthetics department will be a long-term role in a stable and positive work environment. Woodhouse provides high-quality, results-driven facial & body services in a luxury environment. Our menu has expanded to include the latest advancements in skincare such as HydraFacial, Cryo T-Shock Therapy, Glo2, Microcurrent, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, and advanced medical-grade chemical peels. Our Estheticians enjoy the opportunity to build personalized treatment plans for our guests, incorporating one or more of these progressive options.

Our estheticians are key to creating an outstanding customer experience. Your expertise in skincare product knowledge will make you an integral part of our leadership team.

What We Will Do Together:

• Oversee the performance of the Esthetics Department
• Achieve all retail sales and retention goals set by Spa Management
• Train, mentor, monitor, and coach Estheticians
• Monitor supply usage and manage inventory for the department

This is a full-time position, expected to work 30-35 hours weekly, including one weekend day and an evening shift.

You will participate in all training programs, conferences, and professional development opportunities, and assist in planning events.

Regular meetings include weekly check-ins with the General Manager, quarterly Esthetician meetings, and weekly team updates on performance and action plans.
