Job summary

The Mom Project is partnering with a Chicago-based consulting client to search for an experienced Finance & Accounting Lead ERP Project Manager focused on Workday Financial Suite, Oracle NetSuite, and Fusion products.

In this role you will lead ERP initiatives, manage complex finance transformations, and collaborate with clients to optimize processes, controls, and reporting across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business (Accounting, Finance or Business Administration) is required.
• Seven+ years of progressive experience in relevant areas.
• Experience with ERP implementations (Workday, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Fusion, Dynamics 365).
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to ERP projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery.
• Define requirements and manage selection to design and implementation of software.
• Improve business processes and document standard operating procedures and controls.
• Manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance during ERP lifecycles.
• Collaborate with clients and teams, mentor staff and drive project success.
