Job summary

Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions practice is seeking a senior leader to drive ERP transformations, primarily Workday Financials, across industries. You will oversee engagements, budgets, and teams, while maintaining executive relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

You will guide solution delivery, develop methodologies, contribute to thought leadership, and mentor staff in Deloitte’s core talent model. A strong track record in large-scale ERP programs is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of financials ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday Financials ERP.
• 4+ years of experience overseeing multiple project teams.
• 4+ years of experience in generating new client business.
• A minimum of 6 full life cycle Workday or comparable financials ERP implementations from planning to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
• Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to pricing strategies
• Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop thoughtware and point-of-view documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
• Perform role of counselor and coach; staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices
