Job summary

Mayco International in Sterling Heights, MI, seeks a Lead ERP Business Analyst to provide functional and technical leadership for ERP initiatives, mentor teammates, and prioritize support activities across manufacturing environments.

You will work with EPICOR CMS, IBM i/Power Systems, and Automotive EDI, train users, manage escalations, and document processes while aligning ERP improvements with operations and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent ERP/manufacturing experience considered
• Experience working with an IBM i / IBM Power Systems (administration, training, user support)
• Experience with EPICOR CMS application support and development
• EDI experience in a manufacturing release environment (customer releases, forecasts, ship schedules, ASNs, invoicing, and troubleshooting EDI transactions, as applicable)
• Partnering with Materials, Production, Purchasing, Finance, Customer Service, Engineering, and other businessfunctions to understand requirements, improve ERP processes, and implement system solutions.
• Experience implementing ERP modules, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, or business-process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
