NPAworldwide is seeking an ERP Analyst to maintain and operate the ERP system, handling installation, configuration, upgrades and security. You will plan change management for third-party integrations, develop user reports with SQL, and maintain system documentation.
Ideal candidates will have ERP-LX knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with teams to ensure reliable, secure operations across the enterprise.
The ERP Analysts role is to maintain and operate the organization's ERP system by following best practices. This includes installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and working with product support, to maintain the company's investments in business applications technologies. The ERP Analyst is also responsible for planning and coordinating change management processes required to support third-party business systems integrated with the ERP system necessary for business operations. The ERP Analyst manages user requests, develops user reporting requests using SQL and performs system security administration functions such as creating user profiles and accounts. The analyst also maintains system/user security authentication, administers application security and maintains system documentation and logs. This individual will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to deploying or upgrading mission-critical ERP software.
