Job Purpose
The New York Stock Exchange is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Equities Product Development team — a group at the center of NYSE's efforts to drive innovation and growth across US equities and options markets. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership, offering the opportunity to shape the future of trading.
In this role, you will spearhead the group's product strategy roadmap with the goal of driving innovation and growth across NYSE's equities and options business lines. You will work at the intersection of market structure, quantitative research, and cross-functional collaboration — designing innovative methods to drive exchange trading product evolution, identifying key market trends, developing advanced analytics, and unlocking the next growth opportunities for the business and industry. You will help develop appropriate research functionality, leveraging industry best practices and the considerable data and technology resources available within NYSE and ICE. In doing so, you will extend and defend NYSE's leadership position across its cash equity and options trading, listings, and technology businesses.

New York Base SalaryRange
The expected base salary for this role, iflocated in New York, is between $200,000 – 230,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
