Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
• Support equipment upgrades, preventive maintenance and engineering initiatives.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on best practices and advanced techniques.
• Coordinate vendor support and ensure accurate maintenance documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering to design reliability improvements.
