Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience involving the skilled operation of heavy construction and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to lead a crew and work in municipal settings.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy and medium power-driven equipment requiring a Class B CDL.
• Assist with collection of municipal solid waste and yard debris.
• Perform maintenance on streets, parks, and City property; act as lead worker on a crew.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections, maintain records, and respond to emergencies and weather events.
