Job summary

Curia is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Albuquerque, NM to lead technical and operational activities on the assigned shift. You will support aseptic filling, vial preparation, isolator operations, and ensure compliance with cGMP in a controlled environment.

The role requires a strong engineering foundation, cross‑functional collaboration, and a focus on reliability, equipment performance, and continuous improvement to support safe, compliant manufacturing of sterile products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in bio/pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical and operational leadership for assigned manufacturing shift.
• Lead and support vial preparation, isolator operations, aseptic filling, and vial sealing.
• Ensure schedules and operational requirements are met through effective coordination.
• Train personnel on equipment setup, sanitization, sterilization, and manufacturing processes in cleanrooms.
• Drive process improvements and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
