Job summary

American Regent, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team responsible for processing equipment readiness, preventive maintenance, and program improvements in a GMP environment.

You will plan changeovers, repairs, and upgrades while coordinating with Manufacturing and Engineering to minimize downtime. The role requires 5–7 years of pharmaceutical maintenance experience, a leadership background, and strong knowledge of electrical, welding, troubleshooting, and safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of mechanic experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role; supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of maintenance mechanics and set priorities for PMs and projects.
• Develop, implement, and manage the preventive/predictive maintenance program.
• Coordinate and schedule shutdowns, repairs, and start-ups to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with cGMP and safety standards.
• Communicate with Engineering and other groups to optimize equipment operations.
