IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino in Euless, TX is seeking an Asset Maintenance Tech III to service, maintain, and repair rental equipment. This role handles complex repairs, manages inventory, and mentors less experienced team members.

You will diagnose equipment, lead work orders, operate a forklift, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. A safety-first mindset and a track record in equipment maintenance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or related field.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• 2–5 years welding experience preferred; knowledge of cutting torch and plasma cutter.
• Forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in rental/pump industry strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs on rental equipment, ensuring units are rental-ready.
• Lead inventory control, including cycle counts and necessary adjustments.
• Inspect equipment for quality assurance and ensure accurate documentation of check sheets.
• Manage work orders, recording all parts, labor, and related items.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Operate a forklift as needed to move equipment and supplies.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on maintenance and safety procedures.
• Occasionally deliver or pick up equipment from customer locations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations
• Delivers and/or picks up berms from customers
