Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking an Asset Maintenance Tech II to service, maintain, and repair rental equipment. You will handle complex repairs, manage inventory, and mentor junior teammates while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with paid holidays and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match. Overtime opportunities are available as needed.

Qualifications

• Safety-sensitive role requiring adherence to all safety protocols and standards.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs on rental equipment.
• Lead inventory control, including cycle counts and adjustments.
• Inspect equipment for quality assurance and document check sheets.
• Manage work orders, recording all parts, labor, and related items.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Operate a forklift as needed to move equipment and supplies.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on maintenance and safety procedures.
• Occasionally deliver or pick up equipment from customer locations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
• Delivers and/or picks up berms from customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical repairs, or a related field
• Proven experience with inventory control and cycle counts
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required
• Welding experience is preferred
• Forklift certification within 90 days of hire
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in the rental/pump industry strongly preferred
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
