Ability to travel up to 25% to sites and vendor facilities.

Responsibilities

Develop, integrate, and validate advanced manufacturing equipment for structural processing.
Own execution of equipment development workstreams, including design collaboration and testing.
Lead interactions with OEMs and integrators to ensure manufacturability and reliability.
Support controls strategy, robotics integration, functional safety, and process monitoring.
Create equipment designs from complex process requirements and perform root-cause analyses.
