Job summary

LGES - HONDA Joint Venture, L-H Battery Company, is seeking a Facilities Production Support Part Lead to head PSS operations on assigned shifts. You will mentor and develop a team of technicians and contractors, manage workload, and ensure safe operation of major facilities.

Strong CMMS and budgeting experience are essential. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline and at least five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead equipment operations, maintenance, and repair activities of technicians and contracted operators.
• Lead Production Support staffing and provide leadership for daily tasks and projects during assigned shifts.
• Ensure safe operation of SRP, CESS, HOB, and Environmental Equipment and compliance with environmental permits.
