LGES-Honda Joint Venture in Fayette County, Ohio, seeks a Facilities Production Support Part Lead to head PSS on assigned shifts. You will mentor the PSS team, manage workload, training, and budgets, ensuring safe operation of SRP, CESS, HOB, and related equipment.

You will develop and maintain CMMS schedules, SOPs, and KPI reporting while coordinating contracted services and ensuring compliance with permits and regulations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience in production support or maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Experience with CMMS (Maximo) and MS Office suite.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic/international).

Responsabilidades

• Lead equipment operations, maintenance, and repair activities for technicians and contracted operators.
• Oversee PSS staffing and provide leadership for daily tasks and projects on assigned shifts.
• Ensure safe operation of SRP, CESS, HOB, and environmental equipment per permits.
• Develop CMMS schedules, preventive maintenance, and KPI reporting.
• Support PSM and MOC activities and address site concerns with management.
• Create presentations and reports for leadership updates.
• Maintain SOP library and budgets for maintenance and facility assets.
• Coordinate contracted services and waste disposal as required.
