Job summary

LGES-Honda Joint Venture in Ohio is seeking a Facilities Production Support Part Lead who will head the PSS operations on assigned shifts. You will mentor the PSS team of associates and contractors, assign daily workload, manage projects, and ensure environmental compliance and budget adherence.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong CMMS, budgeting, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading technical crews and managing contracted services.
• Experience with CMMS (Maximo).
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment operations, maintenance, and repair activities for technicians and contracted operators.
• Manage Production Support staffing and daily tasks during shifts.
• Ensure safe operation of SRP, CESS, HOB, and Environmental Equipment per permits.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; oversee CMMS data, KPIs, and reporting.
• Coordinate contracted services and waste disposal as needed.
• Support Process Safety Management (PSM) and Management of Change (MOC) activities.
