Qualifications

• BS/MS in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in epitaxy process or equipment engineering.
• Wafer Fab process/equipment experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership in cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert in EPI process and equipment with deep wafer fab background.
• Lead data-driven analysis to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex EPI problems.
• Lead discussions with customers to understand high-value problems and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Advise on CSA renewal opportunities and upsell to deliver measurable customer KPI improvements.
• Demonstrate adoption of new service technologies at customer sites through demos and evaluations.
• mentor/lead junior MPEs and provide advanced integration knowledge.
