Ideal candidates have history managing large to medium projects, travel up to 100%, and experience in change management, vendor coordination, and quality control.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED, Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience: 4 years in relative trades; 3-6 years in a similar role or proven project execution.
• Travel: up to 100% for project assignments.
• Work schedule: varies; potential nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison to clients, inspectors, and visitors.
• Promotes and maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Complies with legal regulations and obtains required inspections.
• Manages and coordinates work per contract documents.
• Develops and manages project schedules with all parties to meet milestones.
• Understands construction documents and subcontractor scopes.
• Administers contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders to ensure terms are met.
• Manages changes to prevent rework and maintains documentation.
