Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of industrial/mechanical construction PM experience.
• Proven ability to manage up to 4 direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, cost, and schedule management.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and project controls tools.

• Provide project leadership and coordination across internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Own project financials; evaluate costs and risks to inform decision making.
• Define project organization, roles, and resource requirements across the lifecycle.
• Lead meetings and report project status and risks to client and team.
• Manage contract terms, change orders, and key terms with owners and vendors.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, procurement, and closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety plans, and quality documentation.
• Read drawings/specifications and ensure proper turnover documentation.
