Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing industrial/mechanical construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project leadership, planning, communication, and coordination across internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Own project financials and the ability to evaluate costs and benefits for risk/opportunity decisions.
• Define project organization, roles, and resource requirements; adjust as needed across the lifecycle.
• Understand and comply with local permits, contractor licensing, and city/county requirements.
• Lead meetings and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to client and team.
• Coach and mentor team members; manage performance and HR matters.
• Read and understand standard specifications and drawings.
• Lead project scheduling and controls using Primavera P6.
