Job summary

Strobel-Energy-Group LLC in Nebraska seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead standalone EPC projects up to $50M, overseeing engineering, procurement, and construction, and ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost compliance.

You will manage budgets, client relations, subcontractors, and team leadership; read specs and drawings; coordinate with cross-functional groups; and drive risk management and contractual compliance. Travel up to 1 week per month; typical 45-50 hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a construction project manager in industrial or mechanical construction.
• Experience managing EPC projects up to $50M and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project leadership, planning, communication, and coordination with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Own project financials and evaluate costs and benefits for decision making on risks and opportunities.
• Define project organization, roles, and resource requirements; adjust throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead meetings and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to client and Strobel.
