ServiceMaster Restore Winnipeg is seeking a Lead Environmental Technician to lead mould, asbestos, and environmental remediation projects on site. You will establish containment, monitor air systems, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while guiding field crews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in environmental remediation or restoration.
• Experience leading field crews.
• Current IICRC certification (AMRT, WRT, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead mould, asbestos, and environmental remediation projects.
• Establish containment and environmental controls.
• Set up and monitor negative air systems.
• Perform remediation and selective demolition.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Train, guide, and support field crews.
• Complete site documentation and reporting.
• Support water, fire, and emergency restoration as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
