Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in water damage restoration, fire and mold remediation.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Proven leadership skills to manage a crew on active sites.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to operate restoration equipment safely.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call and emergency shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-first attitude.
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks including lifting and working in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise water damage restoration projects from initial assessment through completion.
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture mapping using industry-standard equipment.
• Set up and monitor dehumidifiers, air movers, and drying systems to ensure proper drying protocols.
• Conduct mold inspections and cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, debris removal, and surface sanitation to restore properties to pre-loss condition.
• Document job progress, moisture readings, and equipment placement for accurate reporting.
• Communicate professionally with property owners, adjusters, and project managers throughout the restoration process.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for cleaning, demolition, mold remediation and construction tasks.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in water damage restoration; fire restoration and mold remediation, air duct cleaning, and biohazard cleanup or a related field


• IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification preferred or willingness to obtain


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew on active job sites


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various restoration equipment safely


• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call and emergency response shifts


• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and customer-first attitude


• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods
