Responsibilities

• Review QA manuals (QAM), SOPs and PT results for labs seeking certification.
• Perform on-site laboratory assessments statewide, including multi-day travel.
• Enter laboratory data into program databases and prepare deposit memoranda and payments.
• Draft guidance for laboratories and maintain certification records.
