RECON is seeking a Superintendent to plan construction work and oversee daily on-site operations for environmental remediation and earthwork projects. You will supervise the crew, manage equipment and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include reporting, time tracking, and coordinating with project management. The role requires extensive field supervision experience, strong safety focus, and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Formación

• Ten+ years of construction experience with five years of direct field supervision.
• Strong MGP remediation and ISS experience required.
• Experience in earthwork construction, soil stabilization, environmental remediation, landfill closure or mass excavation.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the crew on-site and manage execution of soil and earthwork construction.
• Monitor daily progress per project schedule, drawings, and specs.
• Collaborate with site safety to enforce safety culture and plans.
