Job summary

ISN in Quantico, VA is seeking a Lead Task Manager to provide leadership and analytical oversight for the Due Diligence Unit activities supporting DCSA entity vetting and industrial security missions. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate with government leadership, and produce comprehensive analytical assessments and reports for senior officials. A strong background in corporate risk and national security is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of risk analysis, competitive intelligence, or due diligence experience.
• Experience applying analytical standards to business intelligence and security data.
• Experience using commercial and proprietary databases.
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and risk indicators.
• Experience leading or coordinating analytical teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily DDU program operations, including workload management and prioritization.
• Coordinate with Program Manager and stakeholders on priorities and requirements.
• Lead comprehensive due diligence reviews of companies, ownership, and key personnel.
• Research corporate ownership, beneficial ownership, foreign affiliations, and structures.
• Conduct research using government systems, databases, and open-source sources.
• Identify information gaps and escalation needs for government review.
• Develop defensible analytical assessments and briefings for leadership.
