Job summary

ISN seeks a Program Manager to lead entity vetting efforts and oversee contract personnel at Quantico, VA. You will liaise with the COR and government stakeholders to drive security-focused program execution and risk mitigation.

You will direct cross-functional teams across IS, CI, risk management, and related operations, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with DoD requirements. Travel and TS clearance may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of program management experience.
• Experience interacting with senior government officials.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑discipline programs.
• Experience communicating program status and risks to leadership.
• Knowledge of security, vetting, or related national security programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and oversight of contract personnel and daily operations.
• Serve as primary interface with COR and government stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across functional areas supporting entity vetting and security.
• Lead task managers and teams to ensure consistent execution and performance.
• Monitor performance metrics, risk, quality, and schedules.
• Prepare and deliver program reports, briefings, and required documents.
• Ensure compliance with government policies and contract requirements.
