Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC, based in Wilmington, is seeking a Technology Support Lead in Enterprise Technology to oversee the operational stability and performance of production services. You will lead technologists, drive incident response, and ensure smooth delivery of IT services across the firm.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining IT services.
Experience leading technologists to solve complex firmwide issues.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Spring Boot, .Net).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform) and large-scale on-premises/cloud environments.
Familiarity with ITIL-based processes.
