Job summary

VTG, located in Chantilly, VA, is seeking an Enterprise Systems Integrator III to lead enterprise-wide integration across multiple systems and programs. The role will advise government and program leadership, govern integration standards, and coordinate activities with Agile teams and external partners.

Requirements include TS/SCI with Poly, a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred), and 10+ years in systems integration or enterprise IT, with experience in regulated or mission-critical

Overview

VTG is looking for a Enterprise Systems Integrator in Chantilly, VA. The Enterprise Systems Integrator III provides enterprise-level integration leadership, advising government and program leadership on complex system-of-systems integration across mission-critical environments.

Do you have what it takes?

• TS/SCI with Poly Required
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of experience in systems integration or enterprise IT environments
• Proven experience integrating complex, multi-vendor, or system-of-systems architectures
• Strong leadership, advisory, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience operating in regulated or mission-critical environments
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting IC, DoD, or DOJ mission programs, Experience integrating cloud, data, and legacy systems at scale, Familiarity with Agile at scale (SAFe), enterprise architecture, or governance frameworks

Pay Range: VTG's estimated starting pay range is $110,000 - $220,000 annually, which is a general guideline for and depending on the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range
