Job summary

Jobtailor in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to manage and enhance large, complex systems under the supervision of the Chief Technology Officer. You will analyze, plan, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain core infrastructure technologies while leading day-to-day operational support for core server infrastructures.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or Bachelor's in Infrastructure Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in an infrastructure engineering‑related role.
• Certifications upon hire: COMPTIA, Microsoft, Avaya, ITIL Fundamentals, or vendor certifications.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop OS on physical and virtual servers; Linux is a plus.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN/VPN network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance large complex systems under CTO supervision.
• Analyze, plan, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain core infrastructure technologies.
• Lead day-to-day operational support for core server infrastructures.
