Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related STEM with relevant experience.
• 3+ years of telecommunications experience, especially fiber optic networks.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all internal and external support requests in a timely manner and assign to qualified Systems Engineers.
• Manage Salesforce.com data entry for Engineer activities.
• Continuously evaluate processes for Systems Engineer support and improvements.
• Identify and provide professional development opportunities for Systems Engineers.
• Identify and track metrics and communicate team performance to management.
• Develop Systems Engineers into Corning talent desirable to other teams.
• Review completed tasks for technical accuracy including specs, designs, BOMs, and presentations.
