Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect/Solution Architect (Pega & Azure Specialist) in Charlotte, NC. Hybrid work 2–3 days onsite with a strong focus on architecture across banking infrastructure, data platforms, and cloud-native apps.

You will guide senior leadership and technical teams, ensuring secure, scalable architectures aligned with long-term business goals. Requires 5+ years in enterprise architecture, Azure, Pega, and EA frameworks. W2 only.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success as an Enterprise Architect within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong mastery of Azure cloud services, microservices architecture, API management, and Databricks.
• Pega experience strongly preferred; ServiceNow knowledge is a significant plus.
• In-depth knowledge of EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and experience with EA tools such as LeanIX or Ardoq.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical 'future state' concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Blueprinting: Develop and maintain architectural blueprints for IT infrastructure, cloud-native apps, and data platforms.
• Workflow & Orchestration: Lead design of workflow engineering and business process orchestration using Pega and ServiceNow.
• Strategic Roadmapping: Define technology strategies with senior leadership to support innovation and agility in banking.
• Evaluation & Governance: Assess emerging technologies to ensure they meet banking standards and regulatory compliance.
• Technical Leadership: Act as SME for development teams and enforce architectural best practices across the SDLC.
• Risk & Resilience: Identify dependencies and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption to mission-critical operations.
