Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead Business Solution Architect (BSA) in Melbourne, FL with a remote option to drive enterprise solutions across engineering, finance, operations, and supply chain. You will partner with stakeholders, program teams, and IT to align solution delivery with strategic goals and measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years in business solution architecture, enterprise transformation, and data analytics, with strong stakeholder management and design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of related experience; without degree, 13+ years.
• 9+ years of experience in business solution architecture, analysis, enterprise transformation, IT, data/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise solution architecture for digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders, IT, and business units to define priorities and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and data-driven designs.
• Guide end-to-end solution delivery including planning, testing, deployment and change management.
• Ensure data governance, standardized processes, and enterprise alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and provide status updates and decisions.
• Monitor adoption, performance, and outcomes; identify risks and improvements.
• Provide technical and functional leadership; mentor team members.
• Handle multiple initiatives independently with limited supervision.
• Travel ~10–20%; security clearances may be required in some cases.
