Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build identity and access systems across Roblox's IAM ecosystem, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, OAuth servers, and token lifecycle management.
• Own authorization at scale by developing fine-grained services and policy models for least-privilege access.
• Lead identity for agentic AI, defining how AI agents authenticate and are authorized with token flows and auditable guardrails.
• Drive secure-by-design implementations by partnering with engineers and product teams to embed identity controls into systems and workflows.
