Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Principal Enterprise Security Engineer to shape Roblox’s security architecture across enterprise systems. You will define standards, lead security initiatives in IAM, endpoint, and SaaS security, and partner with IT, engineering, and product teams to embed secure-by-design practices.

You will mentor engineers and stakeholders, translate business priorities into resilient controls, and help scale security as Roblox grows, balancing risk with productivity.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant professional security experience.
• Expertise in IAM, authentication & authorization, and endpoint management.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and zero trust concepts.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS security and cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise-wide security standards and principles across business workflows.
• Lead initiatives across Endpoint Security, SaaS Security, IAM, Agentic AI Governance, and Supply Chain Security.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, DevOps and stakeholders to integrate security tools and policies.
• Mentor engineers and stakeholders on security architecture, control design, and secure implementation patterns.
