Job summary

Capital Health seeks an IT Network Engineer Lead to act as the network technology lead across a multi-site health system. You will design, implement and test enterprise network solutions, then document configurations and performance metrics for ongoing operations.

The role requires seven years of experience with enterprise networks, plus strong Cisco networking knowledge and SD-WAN capabilities. Occasional travel and a 40-hour workweek are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Seven years of experience with enterprise network technologies.
• Experience in LAN/WAN, routing and switching, wireless networking, VPNs, SD-WAN and QoS.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise network design and implementation with minimal downtime.
• Install, configure and test network hardware in test and production environments.
• Document technical specifications, diagrams and plans for projects.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues across multi-site locations.
• Mentor staff and contribute to project management activities.
