Job summary

InterSources Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise mobile device refresh projects, including iPhones and iPads, ensure compliance, and coordinate with multiple client departments from planning through deployment.

This onsite role focuses on the State of Good Repair (SOGR) Device Replacement/Upgrade initiative, overseeing inventory, staging, scheduling, vendor coordination, and ServiceNow activities to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise mobile device refresh programs.
• Ability to coordinate across IT, procurement, and business units.
• Familiarity with IT security and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise mobile device refresh projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with client departments to assess inventories and replacement needs.
• Develop detailed deployment schedules and status reports.
• Oversee procurement, receipt, inventory, staging, and deployment of devices.
• Ensure devices are configured, asset-tagged, and documented in systems.
• Coordinate with IT, MDM, service desk, procurement, and vendors.
• Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Transition completed projects into ongoing operations.
