Job summary

Swagelok is seeking a Program Manager, Engineering Systems, to lead the strategic development, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise engineering systems, including ERP, PLM, MES, and tool management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years leading medium to large-scale cross-departmental projects.
• MBA or PMP/PgMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in engineering or operations environments.
• Demonstrated experience with PLM and/or MES system development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development of business cases for transformative engineering initiatives.
• Lead company-wide continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Build, coach, and develop team talent to support strategic objectives and long-term capability growth.
• Drive initiatives to reduce cost of goods sold (COGS) and improve resource utilization.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide routine updates, including stage-gate reviews for executive approval.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring accountability to financial targets.
• Serve as a change leader by driving stakeholder alignment and broad organizational adoption across engineering and operations.
• Define and execute a strategic vision for integrated engineering software tools.
• Lead and expand an existing SAP PDLs and modelers team.
