Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Product Manager to own and scale our integration platform for enterprise clients. You will define integration requirements, manage the roadmap, and directly influence customer relationships with key partners such as CRMs, ticketing, and knowledge-base systems.

You will translate customer needs into PRDs, guide API and webhook-driven features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate time-to-value for integrations and marketplace listings.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of product management experience.
• You've built and shipped integration products before.
• Direct experience with CRMs, ticketing, knowledge bases, commerce, and identity systems as listed.
• Fluent in REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limits, event streams.
• You extract requirements from client conversations and turn them into PRDs.

Responsibilities

• Define what Maven integrates with and how deep those integrations go.
• Own the roadmap, the P&L, and the relationships with enterprise customers.
• Lead the integration platform and tooling to ship new integrations faster.
• Engage with enterprise customers to understand their stacks and translate that into integration requirements.
• Define, test, and implement safe actions inside customer systems at enterprise scale.
• Develop partner ecosystem strategy for partnerships and marketplace listings.
