Job summary
Alfa Financial Software is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead integration design and Alfa Systems deployments. You’ll translate client needs into scalable architectures, guide API-based integrations, and partner with stakeholders to drive云 adoption and platform modernization.
You will mentor teams, collaborate with product and engineering on roadmaps, and support hybrid/remote delivery across multiple regions.
Qualifications
- Prior Alfa implementation experience.
- Experience in software development, technical advocacy and architecture.
- Ability to investigate technical discussions and keep skills current.
- Excellent communication and consultancy skills.
- Business analysis and client requirement gathering.
- Knowledge of common integration patterns.
- Mentoring and coaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Understand and document client systems and design integration solutions.
- Configure Alfa Systems to meet business requirements.
- Architect solutions aligned with best practice and Alfa Cloud goals.
- Collaborate with clients to align roadmap and opportunities.
- Provide API integration design consulting.
- Guide product functionality and contribute to the roadmap.
- Support architecture across platforms and cloud services.
- Mentor future solution architects.
