Job summary

enGen is seeking a technical and strategic leader to drive the Enterprise Data Protection program. You will shape the vision, roadmap, architecture, and execution across data security, DLP, data classification, and related technologies.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team and partner with security, cloud, privacy, legal, and business units to protect sensitive data while enabling organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security or related field; substitutions allowed for experience.
• 10+ years in information security/IT with leadership exposure preferred.
• Experience communicating security concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data protection program and roadmap.
• Oversee data security, DLP, encryption and file activity monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive strategy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and external audits.
• Translate technical concepts into business risk and priorities.
