Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise data integration initiatives across applications, data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platforms. You will lead a team, define pipelines, ensure governance, and align with analytics and data strategy, managing performance and delivery across portfolios.

The role requires 7+ years in data engineering or integration, 3+ years in team management, and a focus on secure, scalable data movement with governance and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, data engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years in data engineering or systems integration; 3+ years in people management.
• Cloud architecture or advanced data engineering certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Integration Engineering team, including performance management and coaching.
• Oversees development and maintenance of enterprise integration pipelines and data transformation workflows.
• Sets operational standards for data mapping, transformation, observability, and performance optimization.
