Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Lead in Cleveland to drive data-driven initiatives across risk, regulatory, and business strategy. You will lead data ownership and governance, shaping scalable analytics across enterprise platforms with a focus on data accessibility and value.

In this role, you will manage programs, partner with stakeholders, and build solutions using SQL Server, TOAD and data warehouse technologies, ensuring reliability and governance across the data landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SQL Server and hands-on development.
• Experience as data or application owner with governance.
• Ability to lead programs and translate business needs to technical designs.
• Experience with data marts, data warehouses, and storage.
• Experience with data environment management.
• Experience with TOAD or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of analytical solutions for C&IB data initiatives.
• Own ESD data assets, ensuring governance and usability.
• Deliver end-to-end data solutions across enterprise platforms.
• Develop micro data strategy to improve accessibility and value.
• Build solutions in enterprise platforms using SQL Server and data warehousing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requests and translate needs.
