Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Manager in the ECO organization, based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH. You will lead a team delivering enterprise reporting, analytics, and performance insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

You will establish priorities, develop analytics talent, ensure timely, accurate reporting, and promote data governance while aligning solutions with enterprise objectives and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• University degree required with 5+ years of analytics experience and at least 3 years in management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and support of enterprise analytics initiatives and projects.
• Identify, size, plan and prioritize opportunities through analytics.
• Assess scope and resources for analytics projects and allocate accordingly.
• Manage key performance metrics and communicate operational challenges.
• Monitor and communicate KPIs and performance to stakeholders.
