Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Consultant to join the Data Analytics team within C&IB. You will drive data-driven solutions, leverage AI-enabled analytics, and partner with business units across Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cleveland, and Wilmington to support growth.

You will design and implement analytics products, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate insights to leadership while advancing reporting and automation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on data analytics or BI experience.
• Advanced SQL with complex queries, joins, data manipulation.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data management.
• Experience with data tools (TOAD or similar).
• Proven ability to transform large datasets into insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical & non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Leverage analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for data-driven solutions.
• Consult with partners on data solution development and monitoring requirements.
• Determine analytic approach and implement best practices from development to user testing.
• Analyze results and present conclusions to senior management and stakeholders.
